The range uses multi-ply pressed paper, bagasse fiber, or bamboo fiber materials to balance durability with environmental responsibility. Rigid construction helps prevent bending during service, while raised rims contain sauces and liquids to reduce spills. Certified options support FDA 21 CFR 176.170, EU EC 1935/2004, FSC® certification, ISO 22000, BRCGS Packaging, HACCP, and compostable standards including BPI and EN 13432 for selected bagasse and PLA-coated variants.
3–5 ply pressed construction supports up to 3 kg without flexing, making these disposable food trays suitable for pasta, rice meals, grilled foods, desserts, and catered portions.
Raised rims from 15–25 mm help contain sauces, dressings, gravies, and liquids during serving, carrying, and short-distance food delivery.
The compressed surface withstands normal knife and fork use without tearing, helping maintain a better dining experience for events, cafeterias, and takeaway meals.
Multi-ply paper plates with PE or water-based coating can be used in a microwave for up to 2 minutes at 800W, while bagasse options support short reheating under specified conditions.
Stackable shapes reduce storage space, improve counter display, and support fast setup for buffet lines, catering stations, airlines, and institutional foodservice.
Options include FSC-certified recyclable paper, PFAS-free water-based coatings, bagasse plates that are home compostable, and PLA-coated industrially compostable plates, offering up to 60% lower carbon footprint than plastic plates.

Flexographic printing supports 1–4 colors on the rim area, while offset lithography is available for full-color premium designs. Custom Pantone matching, full-surface graphics, and inside printing for compartment trays are available, with color control up to ΔE ≤ 2.0.
Round plates are available from 6" to 14", rectangular trays from 6 × 9" to 12 × 18", and oval platters from 10" to 16". Custom die-cut shapes can be developed for branded events, seasonal promotions, or themed catering programs.
2–6 section compartment trays are available for meal kits, airline meals, school lunches, and institutional catering. These designs help separate main dishes, sides, sauces, and desserts.
Standard multi-ply paper offers a smooth printable surface, bagasse fiber provides a naturally compostable and textured option, and bamboo fiber is available for premium sustainable lines. PE, PLA, and water-based coatings can be selected according to performance and disposal goals.
Although plates and trays do not require closure mechanisms, selected compartment trays can be paired with clear PET dome lids for meal kit packaging. Tamper-evident film seal options are also available for prepared meals and delivery applications.
FDA Letter of Guarantee, EU Declaration of Compliance, FSC CoC, BPI or EN 13432 certificates, migration test reports, and heavy metal test reports can be provided.
